Upon receiving your order, please check the merchandise carefully and report any damage or discrepancy immediately. Clothing comes in pre-packed packages with up to four items in it, so please double check when counting your item(s).
For any broken or damaged merchandise, please also notify UPS and save the original package.
Returned merchandise without prior authorization from us WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. So please make sure you contact us by email at email@example.com before sending us any merchandise back. Make sure you have your complete information, a picture of the damaged item(s) and the reason for the return.
For any damaged or wrong item(s) sent, we will take full responsibility. We will gladly send you a replacement, issue a store credit or give you a refund AFTER WE RECEIVE THE PRODUCT.
Even if you did not receive any damaged item(s), you can still return the merchandise, if you are not satisfied with the product. We only ask you that you contact us within TWO WEEKS after your merchandise has been delivered. The items have to be in their original packaging including the Yak & Yeti tag and without any price tag of your own. In addition, you will be responsible for any shipping cost.
Any items returned after two weeks will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
